Game Still Crashing

Community Managerto me the fact that EA knowingly puts out a product year after year that has an issue that causes the game to crash, and cannot figure it out
We haven't confirmed the issue is with the game. I'm not denying that's the case. We just can't reproduce it so that makes it near impossible to fix. The best I can do currently is keep sending over the details I requested with the hopes the team finds something in the crash logs.
Just want to provide some feedback here. This is an EA issue. Every single EA game released this year has this problem. Every one. There are hundreds of posts across half a dozen game forums that have this exact same issue, I have read almost every single one all the same issue. I think i speak for most people here in saying, We are exhausted trying to wait for you all to figure it out. The bottom line is you all are not doing what you can to fix it, all we hear are excuses and frankly half baked replies about not even being able to duplicate it and frankly we don’t believe that for one second. Do your job, figure it out and fix it.
