Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Normally, items return after a bit. Make sure you completely close down NHL 26 and load back into it. Also, let's give it 24 hours to make sure they are still missing. If they still don't return, send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and we'll look in to this.
