I can’t download EA made rosters.

This has been an issue since NHL 25 and now it’s jumped to NHL 26. Every time I try to download a new roster EA releases I’m met with a pop up that says “Failed to save roster. Your roster could not be saved because you have reached the maximum number of roster saves.” I only have one roster saved and even when I have no rosters saved it still says I have maximum saved.

    Hey there. Let's see if deleting the personal saved data helps. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 26 and delete the saved data. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    Ok new problem, the error came back when I downloaded back my data. I don’t think there’s a way to fix this issue where I get to keep my data which is not what I want.

    You can also try clearing the system cache and rebuilding the database. Let's see if that helps. Those instructions are here.
