Missing rewards: Cup chase

Question

Hey, I played trough cup chase on superstar difficulty and won the cup unbeaten. After I won it I got a pop up for three reward packs but when I got to my unopened packs there were only two packs. Attached is a video of me getting the pop up and scrolling over to my packs screen.&nbsp;
