NHL 26 Online in game disconnect

So I just got this game on Friday Friday night played OK played a couple games and thought OK not bad Saturday morning I get on I’m dropping games like crazy. My games are disconnecting randomly mainly in the third period I would be winning and then I would lose the game because of Internet connection, which is nothing to do with me cause I’m hardwired. Is there any thing I can do or anyone I can complain to about to get this issue fixed because it’s really frustrating and I did not just pay $70 to not be able to play a game. I WANT A REFUND!

    Hi there. We're not aware of any issues with the servers currently so we should go through some connection troubleshooting. What steps have you taken so far? We have some suggestions in the article here. I know you're hardwired, but that doesn't make you immune to disconnecting.

    You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
