Your NAT should be ok. Is it possible to get your IPv switched to just 4? I'm not optimistic that would help, but it's worth a shot. Unfortunately, I'm out of other ideas as to why you all can't join each other's clubs.

My NAT type is moderate and the IPV is 4 and 6

Thanks for trying. One more thing I can think of to check is your NAT. That can be checked by loading in to the network settings for your console. You should see it listed. Can you tell me what that says? Also, please note the IPv.

Also the second option didn’t work 

I made a new club and it didn’t work if I do the second option will I loose my franchise in chel

Try deleting the personal saved data with these steps:

1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
3. Press the Menu button. It's the small one with 3 horizontal lines on it
4. Go to Manage game & add ons
5. Select Saved data
6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

If that doesn't help, try deleting the local saves with these steps:

After that, try joining your friend's club again.

Are you playing on the account that purchased the game or did you buy NHL 26 on a different account?

Do you have anyone on that club blocked or do any of them have you blocked?
