Hello hoping I can get a fix to this because ive tried nearly everything.
Since the last update ive only been connecting to east servers when I live in alberta and thats casing me to have 60-1000 ping when I used to play at 33-40 max searching at 20-40 ping only but now when I search at 20 im only connecting to east servers 🙃
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Mine is xfinity. Still have the issue. I’ve done all the troubleshooting, reset modem, console. I have 1.3 Gb service so nothing different there.
im in edmonton on shaw connecting to calgary it says but its always said that now it seems even if i search 20 ping witch has always locked me to vancouver now locks me to central or montreal and these are guesses based on messages between me and the people ive played

Same thing happening with me, Telus is my ISP.
Shaw/Rogers, however I have teammates here using Telus that report the same problem. The only consistent factor is that the affected players are in Alberta, and it only happens when connecting to the northwest servers. Our connection to the central and east servers seems to have the normal/expected ping

I feel you. Ive barley been playing. Whats funny is east is easyier then west online. But the ping is HORRIBLE
Im done playing currently till its fixed cant play this game jumping up to 100 and dont enjoy offline enough unfortunately
