Starting a New Franchise Mode

Everytime I try to start a new Franchise mode career and press “start career” it shows “”Save Warning”in big then below says “failed to retrieve data; please try again later” this has been happening for id say 2-3 weeks now if I press continue and start a career it just won’t save anything it’s a bit annoying as I play Franchise mode the most and can’t play it at all now as nothing saves. 

Please sort this issue for me Thank you.

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 26 with these steps:

    1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
    2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
    3. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
    4. Choose Manage game & add ons
    5. Go to Saved data
    6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

    I’ve tried everything I’ve got rid of every roster re downloaded the game nothing works I just wanna play franchise mode I payed £100 for the game and Rosters are deciding if I can play a game mode. The roster that I’m using is the November 4th.

    Any chance of tryna help me out spent £100 on the game need help cause it doesn’t work and you leave me without a reply for 6 days for payed £100 for nothing fix the game, fix the files

    Are you using a custom roster? If so, can you try a different roster?
