Unclear Trophies / Achievements

I was curious about a couple trophies. "Most Interesting Person Alive" is one. What is an offplay highlight package? My second question is for, "Leveling Up!" it states that you have to reach level 50 on any XP progression track. The issue here is that none of the progression tracks go to 50 from what I can tell. My final question is about when HUT Champions will be a thing, and is it open to everyone or are there stipulations for playing in it?

    In reviewing "Most Interesting Person Alive" it's definitely bugged for Playstation. 43% of tracked players have it on TrueAchievements, the Xbox equivalent to TrueTrophies, yet absolutely no one has it on Playstation.
