I honestly do not care that it happened to you as well — this is still not normal.
I have clear video evidence proving that the game/server caused the issue, yet nobody is able to fix it or restore the points.
Losing 952 RP because your broken game disconnects teammates before the match even starts is ridiculous. Competitive ranking means nothing if players get punished for errors completely outside of their control.
