WOC BROKEN

EA_Aljo​ after the latest patch you can't have two people in a 3v3 clubs lobby at the same time. I can join when it's empty, but as soon as my friend joins I get an error code. The same when I join the club lobby, he gets an error code.

    turns out his game wasnt updated and he was still able to play online. He got the update now and its working. Thanks for the help!

    Sounds good. I'm heading out for the day in about 20 minutes so we'll need to pick this up tomorrow if you're still having trouble. You could also try playing a game without your friends and then try with your club again. I'm thinking possibly one or all of you possibly is out of sync somehow and that may reset it.

    Ok. I just tested this on Xbox and am having no issues with joining 3v3 lobbies as the 3rd and we weren't having any issues adding a 3rd. I'm also not seeing other reports of this. Possibly, it's a PS issue, but it also could be something with your club/accounts. Are you all on the same club or are any of you joining as a free agent?

    Try clearing your cache and rebuilding the database with the steps here.

    Also, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 26. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Those should download from the cloud though. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 26 and delete the saved data.

    I have already done all of these before reaching out. It happens in drop in and in clubs when there is already a person in the lobby waiting. I can join when no one is there but no one can join me, and I cannot join when anyone is already in the club or drop-in lobby. I was able to play this morning before the patch.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Is it also happening if you try drop-in? Also, let's make sure you all power cycle your equipment. Please follow these steps and try again:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
