Woc club member not ranking up with rest of the group.

We played 7 games last night...won 3 lost 4. We just purchased 26 this week. I started at a level 11 as I played some pro-am games to mess around and get a feel for things. Buddy started level one. No biggie. At the end of the night, I was like a level 17 or 18. We have a 4 man group, 3 of us level up regularly as expected. The one that didnt rank up ended the night at a level 3. No Idea what or how that happened, but he plays the game same style as the rest of us but for whatever reason he wasnt getting any xp.
