Community ManagerHello. Are you making any chances to your loadout while in the lobby? Also, you mention using a wired and wireless connection. Can you confirm which you're actually using?
If you haven't yet, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
I make no changes to my loadout before hand. I use a wired connection. It will work fine sometimes, I’ll be playing with my friends and get into a couple games just fine and then out of no where it will put them into a game without me or kick me out at the intro to the game. I have reset my router and Xbox multiple times as well as deleting my saved cache.

Are you all on the same console or is there a mix of Xbox and PS players?
Check the network settings on your Xbox and let me know what it says for the NAT and IPv. Thanks!
It’s just Xbox players. My NAT type is moderate. I’m unsure of my IPv

Moderate is fine. Your IPv should be listed in that network settings screen.
