Moderate is fine. Your IPv should be listed in that network settings screen.

    You could try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. They also can probably disable IPv6 for you. I'm not guaranteeing this will fix the problem though. Did this just start recently or has it always been an issue?
