World of chel and online doesn’t work for me

Hi there. Did you also power cycle your modem/router by unplugging it for 2 minutes?

What console are you on?

Is it just WoC and Online Versus causing this error?

I have the same thing trying to access the store on World of Chel. I’ve done all the same things as well as reset my internet. It just says failed to retrieve data. It also takes me 2-3 minutes to load into the game itself which I don’t think is normal.

Which console are you playing on?

Xbox Series X.

Same Xbox series X and no for all online features it doesn’t work.

Try deleting the personal saved data with these steps:

1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
3. Press the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
4. Choose Manage game & add ons
5. Go to Saved data
6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Try that and let me know if it helps or not.

Wouldn’t that delete all of my data for ultimate team? I play that a lot so I don’t want to lose all of the stuff I’ve done on there.

No. Your HUT is saved on our servers. It's possible you'll lose any changes to settings that have been made as well as offline mode saves. However, those normally download from the cloud
