World of chel games crashing

I was playing an EASHL game and was winning 9–3 when I suddenly received an “UNEXPECTED ERROR” message and was kicked back to the main menu.

This happened during an active game with no warning. I was unable to finish the game or receive the result.

Game mode: EASHL / World of Chel

Platform: Xbox

Score when error occurred: 9–3

Error: “An unexpected error has occurred. You will be returned to the main menu.”

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. Please investigate whether this is a server/EASHL issue and whether the game result can be recovered.

Grooves finest. We have 2 loses both came from game crashes

Hey. Yeah, this is always frustrating. I have it happen a couple times a year. How frequently is it occurring for you? Also, in the future, it would really help to get a video instead of a screenshot. Just something to keep in mind if it happens again. Thanks!
