Can’t but players in Pinnacle 92ovr sets

In Pinnacle sets, adding players to other sets such as 85-86ovr to 87, 87 pinnacle to 89 is possible without problems, but in 92ovr sets, adding players is not possible even though I have suitable players in the collection for the sets. 

And at the moment I would have had 2 pinnacle 92ovr players to make. I have turned off the hut according to the customer service instructions and it still doesn't work, restarted the whole game and restarted the playstation 5 twice. And when I press L3, the fill feature adds 3 random players from my collection, which do go into the set.

The game cannot add 5 players successfully, I tried manually adding a player from the collection at once but the problem is not solved. and at the moment there is only 1 hour left in the pinnacle sets. And when I press L3, the message "no items found" appears and when adding one at a time "error sending card to set". Other sets work flawlessly like teamoftheweek.

I would like to get Stamkos and Malkin cards but it is not possible due to a problem. Is there a way to get the players as a refund for my account?
