Free 5 92+ OVR player pack

Are there any benefits for GamePass Ultimate subscribers? I ask because I am greedy. 😂 I mean it comes with EA Play subscription included, so it costs nothing to ask about.

I still haven’t gotten mine I have game pass ultimate soooo yeah.. but tbh I don’t care anymore I know I’m not going to get anything good sooo

I myself have not received this pack yet, also a ultimate edition owner, and have EA play 

I was bored so I got on with EA Help Chat about this issue. 

2 hours later, after having me do a million things (including uninstalling and reinstalling the game), they clearly still have no clue what the problem is. 

Can't wait to get my 5 92s in a month when they're worthless lol

EA_Aljo​ I figured I’d have to wait until 5pm, I still haven’t received the supercharged pack. Do you have any idea what’s going on buddy? 

Also still waiting for my pack as of 7 eastern time. Is there anyone I can contact with EA Help to create a ticket of sorts?
