Lagging Everywhere

I play Hut on PS5 and it feels like im running windows 95 on dial up. The home menu laggs, the auction house is painfully slow, navigating menues and sets is brutally slow. It somehow even lags in Offline mode, I have never had that issue before. I thought NHL25 lagged, but NHL26 is the slowest laggiest game I have ever played. Its pretty sad with the power of the PS5 in today's day and age.

No other games lag even close to this. Fortnite is super fast loading, never lags. ALL other games,  no issues. 

I have super fast fiber internet. Have 0 issues online with anything but this game. Why?
