Sets/collection are broken.

Man this game is borderline unplayable! I just made the last two 82 overall check my game items to trade in for Erik Karlsson. It took me 12 minutes & two game restarts to send the 82’s into the set, it repeatedly told me there was no items in my collection. Finally I completed the set, Erik Karlsson was sent to “My inbox” when I sent the item to my collection it disappeared, I don’t have the option to put him in my line up & when I search for check my item players on the line up screen it gives me the option to put the two 82’s I just “destroyed” in the set into my line up??? Common man…
