Super charge pack

Is it possible that this pack is identical to the one that automatically appeared in the in-game store? On the day NHL was integrated into EA Play, I had a pack just like this available for free in the in-game store. However, I was still able to redeem the code via EA Play without receiving an error message (such as "already used").

I still am missing my 5 92 plus pack or whatever it is for having ea play! Anyone else?!?!?

Finally got mine yesterday but it was an awful pack

Same here mines almost been 48 hrs here on playstation.

I have an EA subscription and play nhl26 and did not get the supercharged pack in game and it’s been over 30hrs

I have ultimate gamepass on xbox + i redeem a code for the supercharge pack on nhl26.Still not receive it.Plus i see tons of people who are not even subscribe to gamepass what so ever and receive it.EA what are you doing?

I have an active EA Play subscription, and the game correctly shows the EA Play section in the HUT Store. However, the advertised free EA Play pack is not available, only packs that require purchase are showing.

I have already restarted the game and console multiple times, checked all store tabs including “For You” and Featured, and waited through multiple daily resets.

Since the EA Play content is visible but the free pack is missing, this appears to be a missing entitlement on my account.

Could you please verify my account and grant the EA Play HUT pack manually?
