NorthstarElite League | 20 Tms | Fantasy Draft | Seeking Dedicated GMs!

Hey everyone,

Setting up a brand-new 20-team custom league and looking for some active, dedicated GMs to join.

The Draft: We'll be doing a slow draft over on ChelDraft with a 4-hour timer per pick (clock pauses overnight). You'll need to draft with a hard cap in mind, keeping your total picks under $115M. Once it's done, I'll manually map all the rosters over to the league. You can pick any team branding/theme you want that exists in the game to represent your squad (first come first serve for selections here, teams that are spoken for are listed below).

Quick breakdown of the setup:

• League Size: 20 teams (2 divisions)
• Schedule: 19 games (play everyone once so it moves at a good pace)
• Points: 3 for a win, 2 for an OT win, 1 for an OT loss
• Playoffs: Top 4 teams in each conference make it, all series are best of 5
• Season Cadence: Fast-paced 3-week regular season + 1 week of playoffs (approx. 1 month per season). The goal is to build a core group for to be able to play through 8 to 10 seasons with short offseasons in-between.

There will be a Discord set up to organize everything, talk trades, and manage regular season/playoff deadlines.
