I purchased ea play to aquire 10 hours of trial time, which at least 2 hours out of it has been nothing but errors or games that don't count... pretty sure we need to be given extra trial time to make up for these errors. By the time they 10 hours are up it will be at least 4 hours wasted in this manner. Unacceptable!!

We've had "unexpected error" "unable to advance" errors. People stuck in the lobby not loading into the game " the team advanced without you" error. 2 blue screen app crashes and 3 games that we play that don't register
Oh and also there's a bug where you can't shoot the puck when you're around the net.. happened to me 6 times at least and the same for my winger.
