Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a club and see if the jerseys show up outside of customization screen (lobby for club games and in game)
What happens when the bug occurs? It just doesn't load the jerseys even though I can clearly see them in customization

This is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. The club jerseys are made and can be seen in the Customization but in the lobby for club games and in game it's a weird default black jerseys with a ducks logo or NHL logo. The mascot due to this has a see through torso.
Anyone seen this or have any idea?
I don't mind creating a new club as it's still very low, I haven't tried that yet. Does anyone know if I delete the club I can create one with the same name? I do really want to keep the name.

This has happened to me as well, but on Xbox series X. Once yesterday and once today.
In addition to this our custom made jerseys keep re-setting to a black NHL logo'd jersey, our logos, jerseys are deleted.
This happens also in XBOX one and PS4. The Jerseys Numbers, Logos, and Names DON'T show up IN GAME for YOUR team or your opponents..

Same issue for PS5. So THANKFUL I finally upgraded my system just to pay $70 for a game where basic functionality doesn't even work. EA is embarrassing. Fix this losers
