Franchise scouting improvements

What do you think about making it so we can scout ahead a year or two, so we have a bit more knowledge of prospects. I understand there is only so much that you can incorporate, but it wouldn't be that hard to include a way to send out scouts to scout a region, and while scouting a certain player, they can scout other players on that team as well. I think it would be a neat improvement that wouldn't be too difficult to add.
