Game trial not allowing me to purchase full game(PS5)

Help please. Silence from EA, the application has not been resolved for 1.5 weeks. Maybe you can help in some way. I sent all the information to them:

1. Email address registered to your EA account
2. EA ID/Origin ID
3. PSN ID/XBOX GamerTag
4. Do you have access to the registered email

Which console are you on? Also, have you tried downloading from your console's store and not through EA Play?
