Has it been fixed or how did you fix it? Because i called the customer help center and they flat out told me that this isn't on them but on us to take them out before the end of the event? How ridiculous is that

Community ManagerNormally, items are returned when the set ends. If it wasn't, you can try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. I know you tried that already, but they should be able to confirm what happened to the collectible.
