Actually, I've got a bit of good news for everyone: 🙂
The NHL team would like to thank the community for flagging the issues with Online Team Play and EASHL, and for your patience while we were investigating them. We believe we have identified and addressed several issues affecting your experiences online. These fixes are now live and we would appreciate any feedback from players who previously experienced lag issues in these modes. If you play over the weekend and/or at peak hours, we’d really appreciate a report on whether latency/connection issues have improved.
As always, your feedback is vital to helping us create the best NHL Hockey experience possible.
I did go up in connection from one red bar to two orange, but still unplayable lag. Connected to na west server, Alberta canada, Telus connection wired to router from ps3 11.5mbs download speed.
Also to add I have not changed anything on my end. Nhl13 was excellent for the whole year. Nhl 14 purchased on opening day and was fine until a week or so ago...
