There's an issue with HUT that will be updated shortly. Let's wait for that update and see if it resolves this. If it doesn't, let me know and we'll troubleshoot this. Thanks!

Thank you. Any way someone can post on here when that update is completed and any way to get our time back as we couldn’t use HUT. Thank you again for your help.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to reset the timer on the trial, but we're working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

This is an issue we're aware of, but a patch has been released that possibly fixed this. Can you restart NHL and let me know if it's still happening or not?

im having this problem also, whenever i open packs it goes blank and gotta restart, and in unopened packs its all blank same with the packs in store all blank

Still unable to see packs, cards or a bunch of other items on the Home Screen. Not loving that our ten hours is being spent experimenting to see if the game is working well enough to enjoy. Hopefully EA does something for all its customers to make up for this inconvenience. Maybe another free couple of hours for everyone if you can’t do for just those affected.

Still not fixed gamer tag is McIvor_55199 cards ain’t popping up I want my ea accsess time restarted and I want the packs that I opened back plz
