I talked to three EA Advisors over the last two days for well over 3 total hours. the first EA advisor I talked to kept pointing towards me being a liar even though I was submitting photographic evidence of what occurred, and then proceeded to simply end our conversation without responding which now has me even more upset about the situation because of the fact that I'm a long time, loyal customer that has spent hundreds of hours and dollars on EASports games but was treated very disrespectfully. When I talked to the next advisor, he told me my card should appear within 24 hours and if it hasn't to contact you guys. It's been 24 hours and my card never showed up. The last advisor sent me to this website stating that advisors didn't have the option to to fix it (add the card to my item inbox/collection) but to come to this website and state my case because the community manager and developers/tech team could help me get this resolved. It seems like everyone is pointing me to the next person instead of helping get this resolved
