I have a little problem with the NHL14 HUT auction house. When I give a bid of a card and go to watch list to redeem my card later, it disappears even I've won the auction. So when I watch the card I've bid on when I'm at the watch list and the auction ends, the green mark appears that says I've won the auction but I can't redeem the card. Next when I press back and get back to the watch list, the card have disappeared and it looks like I had never won it. But my EA pucks are gone so I should have the card. So what is this problem?

I am having this exact same problem. I just spent my last 250 pucks on a contract that I won the bid on but could not access. I can't play a game now because I have a player that needs a contract. I have also won player auctions and not been able to access them after winning the bid. I will be in my watch list and wait until I see that I have won the bid but then cannot access what I bid on after the green check indicates I have won it. I cannot select in any way what I have just won in the auction so I just hit the b button to exit and when I then go back into my watch list the item I had won is gone and my pucks for that item are gone too. The items are not in my consumables pile and are not in my collection. This is so frustrating someone please help.
- I too am having this problem with bids I have won. They disappear never to be located again. I have had this problem only today.
- I have lost 20k in bids thus far, it is infuriating....
I guess this is all just happening today? I hope it gets fixed and I get my damn card back cause I spent two hours getting enough pucks to spend on it!
Same for me. Today i bid on 3 players: Cam Ward and Flood from Carolina and Matt Read from Philadelphia. I win 3 deals but when i clicked on cards it dissapeared. I checked My Collection - nope, not there. Nowhere. And my pucks gone too. 60000+ pucks!!! I don't know what happened, server issues i think. But i need need my cards or my pucks. Now i'm confused. Is EA going to solve the problem, help us?
Having the same problem, and cards in my trade pile disapearing, but still showing up on the quick scroll in the HUT menu, but dont show up in trade pile once its opened up.
- I thought I was losing it, but I've had a few cards disappear just now as well, and am out a few thousands in pucks :/
same here..spend 68.5000 pucks on Carlsson HUT Live.. and then the player disappeared ...grrrrrrrrrrrr

EA better give money back or the cards back ... but they will probably wont do s*** about it.I was in a bidding war for HFC Z. Parise won him for 200,150k pucks gone player never turned green. went back to watch list no where to be found. At the same time i had a trade offer going. I was trying to trade Zetterberg and camalerri for M. Gaborik. The auction expired and my players never went back to the trade pile. I lost over 300k in 2 mins. and have no players..FIX THIS!!!!
So from my previous post troubles. My PS3 was off for 20 mins or so. Turned it back on and got back my trade offer players, but still no HFC Z. Parise or 200150 pucks I lost. 50% thats half A!@ recovery...WANT MY PUCKS!!!
Im a very hardcore NHL 14 HUT Player and have invested time and money into HUT. Today I was in a bidding war for a Taylor Hall card, He was a RW instead of a LW and he was on the Ottawa Senators. I ended up winning the bid at 119+k and when I went to send him to the active roster i couldn't do anything... So I backed out and went back in to my watch list and he was not there anymore. I checked my Collection and active roster he is no where to be found. Any suggestions please help me.
