If the NHL 18 demo is as poor a game as 17 you've lost a 15 year customer

 The games so unbalanced  - I haven't lost a game being out shot in months!!!! I ALWAYS outshoot the cpu 2-1 (sometimes 3-1 and even 4-1) AND WILL STILL LOOSE! A loss like that will happen 1/10 losses for a team. NOT EVERY FREAKING LOSS! I've been over the worst A.I. in a nhl game we've ever seen ! It was better on PS2 ffs. Nothing to do in HUT if you don't pay money for packs / only play single player, and you know what ? I'm getting sick of spending my hard earned money each year to be continuously disappointed ! It's one thing to fine tune to a new system, it's another to not even acknowledge your customers complaints / concerns with glitches and a.i. and momentum. This year I've received 2 responses from about 20+ posts. So know what ? If the demo (which I never play out of anticipation for the game at launch) is garbage - I'm not wasting my money on this garbage anymore. I understand you can only do so much and EA Vancouver only gets so much funding, but know - you used to be able to pump out a decent nhl game (not usually AMAZING but good) and I was happy every year. Y'all have hit a wall now though and between the not fun games (as of late), the horrible customer service not attending to peoples concerns, I just don't see why I should keep wasting my money, time and effort ?

- 24 years fan of hockey
- 20 years playing video game hockey
-15 years (NHL 2002) bought every game

But what do I know, right ?
