Is it possible to save a game in offline mode? (PS3 version)

Hi, real beginner here.  Is it possible to save a game in progress in offline mode?  I sometime can't complete all three periods and would like to return to the game at a later time.  I've searched t...

I can say that you can't pause the game in the middle of the game and save/quit. Only the beginning and the end of the games. Hope this helps XP me if it does. Thanks

If you dont know where the save is you must go Quit Live the life and it will ask if you want to save before exiting.
