Missing cards from ultimate choice pack

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Refund my purchase
What happens when the bug occurs? Lose cards
What do you expect to see? Cards or a refund
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Hello,

at around 4 o clock today I purchased $150 worth of nhl points.

I used the points to buy the Boxing Day ultimate choice packs. However I did not receive the cards from my pack as the game froze and they are no where to be found.

I chatted with Vikas today and was told the problem was resolved but I still cannot see any cards or have been refunded.

    If you're still not seeing the items in the game try power cycling your console and try again.

    How to power cycle your PlayStation console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.
