Hi I have a big problem my PSN ID is linked with wrong EA account( and its not mine).I contacted EA help about this and they only been able to tel me a email domain and it's "mail". I never ever had domain like that. EA help actually don't belive me I have/had only 2 emails and it's not them. They say they won't help me because I need to verified that EA account, how can I verified a account that's clearly not mine.They next step was to send me to EA recovery team to recover Ea account that's Not mine shock!?Recovery team didn't help because I can't provide enough information about that account, obviously.Instead of unlink my PSN from it. Really poor customer service. I kave done all steps they asked me to do and nothing.Thats ea account is not mine all.you need to do is verified my PSN ACCOUNT and unlinked it from that FRAUD EA ACCOUNT.On this point you sharing my data from my psn with some randome ea account and you refusing to unlink that account. Thats illegal and a crime against data protection. Can someone not a robot contact me pleaseWould be great if that would be a ea menager as i would like to put official complain.

Hi there, @kaczordbz We can't remove the PSN ID from the account without verifying ownership as it is incredibly damaging. It will delete all progress on all EA games. This includes Ultimate Teams. The only way to potentially get access back is to go through the account recovery process. I see you're trying to do that, but are being told they can't grant access due to not providing enough information. The answers on the webform need to match the history of the account or it doesn't look like you own it so we can't recover it for you.

@EA_Aljo Do you People understand that the EA account is NOT MINE!!! Removed my PSN ID from that account becous it's not mine. This problem going today to police as a ciber crime, and I'm giving them green light to step in, as asking me to recove account that don't belong to me is a crime, and sharing my PSN witn not my account is crime as well. Error is on your system you conected wrong account and is now your fault that this ea account will loos progress. I deman a as physical owner of PSN to have it remove from that fraud ea account

@kaczordbz If the email was changed on the account without your knowledge, that would be due to someone else gaining access to the account and making that change. Regardless, if you created the account, you should be able to answer the questions in the account recovery webform. That will verify ownership so the account can be recovered and updated with your current information.

And on that day my PSN ID should be linked to that EA ACCOUNT, but instead thanks to that I find out that my PSN ID is already link with EA Account that don't belong to me. So asking me to recover that acount is a crime! All you need to do is remove my PSN from that fraud EA ACCOUNT

@EA_Aljo What!? How account that i never created can be hacked?? My PSN according to EA HELP been linked to EA for longer time and it's INPASIBLE because I created MY FIRSTE EA ACCOUNT IN MY LIFE on 14/06/2020. So stop making up a stories, and free my PSN from your data base or link it with my real EA ACCOUNT that's been created on 14/06/2020 can you do that now?

I spoken with recovery team and tried do this form over and over it will never get through because is not my account and I can't prowide information they ask for. Right now I back home and I'm calling police

In that case, it sounds like someone gained access to your account or they wouldn't be able to link it. They have to be on your PSN ID and load into the game to link the accounts. The best I can suggest is that you try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll let you know if anything else can be done.

@EA_Aljo No one have or had access to my PSN stop putting this problem like it is on my side it's on your side and in your system I have contacted EA help and live chat but unfortunately they say the can't help me because i can't verified EA account thats not mine and i can't recover it because it's not mine pathetic! You just keep sending me from ea help to ea recovery I'm just running in circles. Remove my PSN ID FROM THAT ACCOUNT OR REMOVE IT COMPLETELY FROM YOUR DATA BASE
