My psn id is connected to Ea account that's not mine

Hi I have a big problem my PSN ID is linked with wrong EA account( and its not mine). I contacted EA help about this and they only been able to tel me a email domain and it's "mail". I never ever ha...

When this happens it's because someone hacked the account and changed the email address of it. In order to get the email changed back, you'll need to go through the account recovery process. That starts by filling out the webform here.

@EA_Aljo What!? How account that i never created can be hacked?? My PSN according to EA HELP been linked to EA for longer time and it's INPASIBLE because I created MY FIRSTE EA ACCOUNT IN MY LIFE on 14/06/2020. So stop making up a stories, and free my PSN from your data base or link it with my real EA ACCOUNT that's been created on 14/06/2020 can you do that now?
BTW
I spoken with recovery team and tried do this form over and over it will never get through because is not my account and I can't prowide information they ask for. Right now I back home and I'm calling police

    Did you just start playing our games on June 14th, 2020 or have you played them on your PSN ID in the past?

        In that case, it sounds like someone gained access to your account or they wouldn't be able to link it. They have to be on your PSN ID and load into the game to link the accounts. The best I can suggest is that you try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll let you know if anything else can be done.
