My psn id is connected to Ea account that's not mine

Hi I have a big problem my PSN ID is linked with wrong EA account( and its not mine). I contacted EA help about this and they only been able to tel me a email domain and it's "mail". I never ever ha...

In that case, it sounds like someone gained access to your account or they wouldn't be able to link it. They have to be on your PSN ID and load into the game to link the accounts. The best I can suggest is that you try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll let you know if anything else can be done.

    @EA_Aljo No one have or had access to my PSN stop putting this problem like it is on my side it's on your side and in your system I have contacted EA help and live chat but unfortunately they say the can't help me because i can't verified EA account thats not mine and i can't recover it because it's not mine pathetic! You just keep sending me from ea help to ea recovery I'm just running in circles. Remove my PSN ID FROM THAT ACCOUNT OR REMOVE IT COMPLETELY FROM YOUR DATA BASE

    We're unable to remove the PSN ID from the account without verifying ownership. I'm very sorry.

    @EA_Aljo You can verified my PSN ACCOUNT you can send a verification code on my private massage on PSN or like I offered to recovery team that i can send a video where I will log in to my ps that would be proof of email addres and ownership as i will have to put password in then i can show in that video my PSN ID I can record on it as well the problem I'm getting when i try to conect to EA on top of all that i can even show a massage that i got from EA to my ps massage with verification code. That video would have more information then necessary to proof that I own that PSN ID ACCOUNT. I think that would be more the 1000% of proof. Unfortunately I don't get any respond to my email that I'm sending to recovery team, they only sent one email after filling the form and end of conversation. I understand that you trying to protect that EA ACCOUNT witch is connected to my PSN ID and I fine with that BUT I just can't belive that company so big as EA have no option to verified JUST a PSN account

    We need to verify you own the EA account. Not the PSN account. I'm very sorry, but there's nothing we can do through Answers HQ to help with this.

    @EA_Aljo How you want me to verified EA account IF for 10 day I'm saying it's not mine. If can't help police will sort that out, plus i would like a detail's to put official complain about EA USLESS SERVICE
