NHL 15 IS THE SAME AS NHL 14 ON THE PLAYSTATION 3 AND XBOX 360

I am so dissapointed and feel completely scammed by a franchise I have always loved. Simply put this is borderline fraud. The game trailers, demos etc make it seem like a completely different game then the one I have purchased. I payed 60$ for a game I already have. I'm thinking about filing legal action against EA for this ridiculous and fradulant behavoir.
