NHL 17 HUT Deluxe Edition Bonus Packs

I pre-ordered the physical, Deluxe Edition of the game, logged into HUT on release day (last Tue, 9/13) and received my bonus pack for the week in addition to my returning user bonus packs. I was expecting to see this week's bonus pack when I logged in today but there's nothing there. When will this be available?

    I didn't lose packs, I just haven't received any.  The physical copy of the Deluxe Edition is supposed to give you one bonus gold pack per week for 25 weeks.  I received the pack on release day but I haven't gotten one for the current week.  I've contacted their support team twice and they keep telling me to wait.  If it hasn't shown up by Sunday, I'll be contacting them again and it won't be a pleasant conversation.

    As far as weekly packs are concerned, the end of the week is Sunday at 11:59PM so if you have logged into hut this week that is the cutoff for getting packs.

    Barry,

    I logged into HUT on September 13th (release day) and received two returning user bonus packs and one gold pack as part of the Deluxe Edition.  I understand that I would not have received any more that week.  Correct me if I'm wrong but beginning 12:00AM Monday, September 19th, I should receive one gold pack for this week, correct?  I logged into HUT multiple times on Mon, Wed, and now today and there is no bonus pack for the week.  I've contacted your support team via live chat twice now and they have told me to wait both times.  They confirmed that I had not received the pack but said it could drop as late as Saturday which seems ridiculous to me.  Is this correct?  Any help is appreciated because this is getting very frustrating.  I had issues with HUT throughout the entire duration of NHL 16 and now 17 isn't off to a great start.

    I think it starts October 2nd, I haven't gotten one either

    What detail are you referring to?  I've contacted EA twice through live chat, my pack status WAS verified the second time and I was still told to wait.  I have a case # too.  What steps do I need to take in order to have this taken care of?

    I've seen cases before where there was an issue with the code for the Deluxe Edition, or the code wasn't at all redeemed. If this has been checked and all is well then all you can do for now is wait.

    Make sure to log in at least once a week in order to access new packs.

    I am every day online and I got no packs. Nothing happend.

    Mine have been showing up on Fridays but I'm still very unhappy with EA over this.  If you lose your pack by not logging on by 11:59PM on Sunday night, then your weekly pack should be made available on Monday mornings.  This would give users seven days to log on and collect their pack.  Instead, for no justifiable reason, EA delays until Friday so if you're out of town for the weekend and/or don't have the time log on, you lose your pack.  I would really like to know exactly why you can't drop packs on Monday for those of us who PAID for these bonus editions?  That is ridiculous.
