It say a email I need a code but the email is written is vd****@emlhub.com but this is not my email and i don’t know how we can have an other code
In order to change that email, you need access to the email on the account. Since you don't, the only way to get it changed is to go through the account recovery process that has been mentioned already.

This does not lead me to a live support adviser, just the bad "create case" system which always ends in a loophole without actually giving me contact information. I want a phone number to call for this problem.
The responders from EA don't understand that this is not, and never has been, your email address, and that the game does not allow you to change the subject bar to any other email address other than this randomly generated one. WHERE DID THIS EMAIL ADDRESS COME FROM AND HOW DO I CHANGE IT TO MINE.

So the account recovery process is simply creating a case and hoping to be contacted? It says I have existing cases opened even tho I have ended them all.
