NHL09 no menu in game

I just downloaded NHL 09 on my PC to feel this emotions again.

Unfortunately after intro only what Im seeing is menu background and game music.

I've spend 2h already by talking with EA support and their atempts to solve issue is under any lever of criticism.

If anyone have such prolbem and have any solution for it except typical basic v-sync and ect. i will be much apreciate for help.
