I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. Unfortunately, we're not able to modify records so we can't remove the loss. Sometimes, you can exit WoC and load back in to see your record has been properly updated. If it hasn't though, we're not able to change that. Does this happen often or was this the first time?

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it currently. I'm very sorry. I know how frustrating this is. I've had it happen to my own club as well.
