Player freeze skating

Product: NHL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game player with puck stops skating
What happens when the bug occurs? When skating the player with the puck freezes and stops skating. Started doing this with the new patch update
What do you expect to see? Please fix
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

    @EA_Aljo I dont. I did all u told me to do togther and also deleted and reinstalled the game

    @EA_Aljo yes after the troubleshooting u advised the problem was fixed. I've only played 2 games since but neither game was an issue so I'm hoping that the problem was fixed. Thank u for the info and hopefully the problem has been fixed

    I was wondering if u could answer a question for me please and thank you 

    I see the new master icon overall 99 wayne grezky card is out

    I was wondering if u could tell me what the syngeries are in that card. As well as the 99 overall master icon lemieux card.

    I'm thinking of trading my grezky and lemieux cards but was wondering what the new cards have for syngeries

    There are a couple of good places to find their synergies. One is in the game. Go to My Collection > Event Items > Alumni Players. Then go to Edmonton for Gretzky and Pittsburgh for Lemieux. Also, try https://www.nhlhutbuilder.com/. That's a great place to look up items.

    Lemieux has +2 to TN, FB, TK, WC and SP.

    Gretzky has +2 to X, 1T, SP, WC and TK.
