Players being sent to junior instead of AHL

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Franchise mode, look at players that should be eligible to play in the AHL (i.e. 20 years old by end of calendar year of start of season, so for 19-20 season any player born in 1999 or older) that comes from a CHL team.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player is sent to junior instead of being put onto AHL roster if sent down from NHL roster. Seen guys that are 21 that are still in junior instead of my AHL roster
What do you expect to see? Players being assigned to AHL when eligible.
