I havent tried yet but my friend has similar problem except 100% of times he gets error code. So this has been not fixed since beta phase couse he wasnt able to play eashl not even single time. I hope EA gives some info about thia problem and are aware of this. Its not okey that people buy the game that wont work at all
Yeah it's real hit and miss with me. But they need to figure this out. Paid good money to be able to play this game, especially the early access.... it's only right they make it work.
Can you provide the error code or provide a screenshot of the error? It should help narrow down what is the root cause.

Heres the one ive been getting since day 1.
whatever update you guys did at ea need to change it back haven't had errors for a couple months and now we have gotten 3 in a row...not about to go through this * again.
I have a hard time getting a game takes 30 to 45 minutes then I get that code

What happens when the bug occurs? When I load NHL19 and connect online to play 6v6 EASHL, I more often than not, within 2min, get an error message about a LAN connection error and that I have been dropped. If it does not happen in the dressing room, it happens during an actual game. The game will freeze and within 2 seconds the error message about LAN connection pops up. The problem with this is two-fold; 1. my hardline connection to my PS4 is still connected correctly to the system from my router each time, and 2. my internet is not the issue because I still am connected on my actual computer as well as still connected to PSN. NHL19 is the ONLY game this happens with. I do not have this issue in APEX Legends or any other online game I play.
What do you expect to see? This resolved immediately as it is unacceptable that this is somehow an issue. It was not an issue AT ALL until the latest patches to NHL19. Ever since then, I have had this problem the vast majority of the time.

What is your game language? EnglishAbsolutely woeful from EA and NHL19. Constantly thrown out of dressing room.....takes me to close the application and restart to even have a chance of getting a game. I have contacted EA but received no reply.
playing CHEL is the main reason I purchase this game....it’s frustrating and simply not good enough, going to give NHL20 a miss along with the others ie FIFA etc
ya the year is almost up and EA has not dealt with the issue, just F pathetic of a billion dollar company just * on it's customers
