What happens when the bug occurs? When I load NHL19 and connect online to play 6v6 EASHL, I more often than not, within 2min, get an error message about a LAN connection error and that I have been dropped. If it does not happen in the dressing room, it happens during an actual game. The game will freeze and within 2 seconds the error message about LAN connection pops up. The problem with this is two-fold; 1. my hardline connection to my PS4 is still connected correctly to the system from my router each time, and 2. my internet is not the issue because I still am connected on my actual computer as well as still connected to PSN. NHL19 is the ONLY game this happens with. I do not have this issue in APEX Legends or any other online game I play.
What do you expect to see? This resolved immediately as it is unacceptable that this is somehow an issue. It was not an issue AT ALL until the latest patches to NHL19. Ever since then, I have had this problem the vast majority of the time.
