PS4 NHL 15 Ultimate Edition Only has NY vs LA no modes AT ALL!

I preordered and bought a physical copy of NHL 15 ultimate edition from best buy and all I get is a demo?  there are absolutely NO MODES to choose.  Only thing there is is a loading screen, choose yo...

    I contacted ea and they explained that you have to play the la vs ny game to unlock the rest.

Same problem also with the full downloadable version. I tried deleting all the saved game data in the system storage and online storage, re-downloaded the full version plus the update and it still loads up as the demo. My son used his allowance to buy this game and he's really disappointed that he can't play the full version. What's up EA?

Play the ny vs la game to the end and it unlocks the rest.
