PS4 NHL 15 Ultimate Edition Only has NY vs LA no modes AT ALL!

I preordered and bought a physical copy of NHL 15 ultimate edition from best buy and all I get is a demo?  there are absolutely NO MODES to choose.  Only thing there is is a loading screen, choose yo...

    I contacted ea and they explained that you have to play the la vs ny game to unlock the rest.

You don't actually have to play through the NY/LA game.  Once the game starts, go to the options menu and select "Quit".  That should take you to the full menus.
