@Jeremy3677 I don't think I've had any gm discussions started by the gm... But then again after couple seasons you don't even pay attention to those discussions because they're always the same.
Your coach/teammate comes to talk to you every now and then to give you challenges. When your contract expires you get a screen that has two options, continue in the team or select the other team available. That's one place where I feel like they could've made a discussion to happen, but no.

    thanks for all the advice but just wondering does any of the discussions improve as time goes on and can i use any of the 'traits points or training' to improve my team's goalie rating even thou my goalie isn't my created player in be a pro

    @Jeremy3677 The discussions don't really change. I'm on my 20th season now and they still sometimes compare me to the rookie players in press conversations. Sometimes the conversations straight up lie to you. They say you might be losing in points when in reality you lead the league in points. Some of your choices might give a boost to your stats though...
    Trait points or training only get your Be A Pro players stats up. You can't do anything to other players in the team.

    thanks for the advice on that also i was just wondering the trade deadline tracker does that also happen in be a pro or is that only for franchise mode and when is trade deadline in nhl 21
