Selectable Referees

I would love to see an option in modes like Play Now where you can select actual refs such as Wes McCauley, TJ Luxmore, Kelly Sutherland, etc and then when a penalty is called it cuts to the camera in front of the scorekeeper box and they have the voice and penalty signal there.  Maybe even add some refs are stricter than others on certain calls.
