I'm not sure if this is a bug, or intentionally removed, but there are no tutorials how to teach new players how to play the game, or returning players how to master the game. I was expecting to see the Team Canada Tutorials we've had in the game since NHL 18 to be in NHL 22, and was typically found inside the Training And Practice menu. But as of right now, it doesn't seem to exist, or is inaccessible in NHL 22. Essentially, NHL 22 doesn't have any tutorials at all!

In the Training And Practice menu, there's only Free Skate, Team Practice, and Goalie Practice, with no tutorials in sight.
